The forms will need to be printed off and filled in by hand and then sent back to me at the address stated on the form. You should also fill in the Stewarding Form and send both, together with your cheque (unless you are paying by BACS) asap, as screens will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
I will not be able to book you a screen by e-mail as I will need your form and payment to do this.
There are 40 half screens available at Lower Slaughter and these measure 4ft x 4ft. Depending on availability, there is a possibility that you will be able to upgrade to a full screen. Please ensure you bring enough paintings to fill your screen but do not overlap or hang outside of the screen. You may bring Reserves to be held in the kitchen but please make sure you mark your Exhibition Entries Form with letter R next to the title, so the Stewards know they are available to be hung.
Please read through the Stewarding Instructions and if you feel unsure of what is required, we will run through it all with you at 10am after the booking in has been completed.
